Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises

TRE, or Tension and Trauma Releasing Exercises are a series of simple body movements that elicits a neurogenic tremor. The tremor mechanism is a natural response to stress that the field of wildlife biology has confirmed all mammals experience. It releases tension patterns built up in the fascia and provides a cue to the nervous system that we can move towards calmness and rest. It provides an opportunity not only to release stress and anxiety that has been trapped in the body, but provides a physiological mechanism for learning self regulation of the nervous system.

Although results cannot be guaranteed, many people experience a profound sense of calmness, self awareness, self leadership, and re-connection to their own body after practicing TRE.

This work can be included in your holistic health coaching package, or done separately as a stand alone service.

One hour long intake appointments and sessions are $75. A minimum of 3-5 sessions is recommended for full benefit.
