Nourish Yourself From the Cell Up

There is not a one size fits all answer when it comes to a healing diet. What is realistic for your lifestyle, how ways of eating fit into your routines, what type of emotional coping skills you have available to you, your specific ethnic ancestry and your individual health history is going to change how food effects your mood, metabolism, and overall sense of well being. But there are certain principles that create the foundation of my nutrition guidance. This goes back to ways of eating that exist universally among traditional cultures. There is food wisdom and necessary nutrients that goes back to our deep ancestral heritage, and we can use that as a foundation for finding our own optimal diet. When our cells are fully fueled according to their evolutionary needs, our bodies are able to be calm, energetic, motivated, and appropriately responsive to life stresses. Anxiety, depression, and nagging physical illnesses begin to naturally fade away. My nutrition plans use ancestral ways of eating as a guiding principle, and then are individualized depending on a wide variety of factors affecting your life. If you aren’t sure how to use food to help improve your emotional and physical wellness, I can help 💛 #nutritionasmedicine #ancestralfood #ancestraldiet #paleolifestyle #paleodiet #foodasmedicine #healingfoods #healingwithfood #healinganxiety #foodforanxiety #healingdepression #foodfordepression #healthandwellness #evolutionaryeating #primalfood #nutritioncoach #healthcoach #holistichealthcoach #holisticmentalhealth #foodformentalhealth
